For newly set up international SSC in Lodz we are seeking candidates for the position of Complaint Specialist who will join manufacturing company with the 150 years of tradition.
- Identifying preliminary root cause and contacting responsible department;
- Formulating response based on feedback from responsible department;
- Forwarding information to the Customer Care Agent;
- Contacting with the Logistics Department in case of inspection / returning of goods;
- Monitoring timely feedback to customer;
- Initiating credit and debit notes;
- Monitoring the e-invoicing process.
- Experience in working in international environment – nice to have;
- Bachelor or Master Degree;
- Very good English;
- Very good one or two of the following languages: Dutch, French, German, Italian;
- Analytical skills;
- Self confidence and commitment.
