In cooperation with our Client- a prestigious company from BPO sector, we are looking for HR Manager with Turkish language who will be responsible for:
- Identify training and development opportunities for all types of staff;
- Work with executive leadership to determine hiring needs, address morale problems and set goals;
- Serve as back-up to other Human Resource staff and complete various projects as assigned;
- Participate on implementation new recruitment tools.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within Human Resources Management;
- Extensive experience with leadership coaching;
- Expertise in leading and executing Human Resources Strategy;
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft and Taleo programs will be a strong assert;
- Turkish language – native speakers preferable.
