For our Client, one of the most prestigious company in their business line who is establishing its new new Shared Service Center office here in Warsaw we are looking for an expert for the position of:

HR Manager

The scope of responsibilities will include:

  • being a part of establishing brandly new SSC structure in Warsaw
  • being the first point of contact for people and managers throughout, and a trusted advisor to them regarding all people management related queries and requests
  • working closely in regarding to future and current recruitment requirements
  • defining the roles, the recruitment process, interviewing and testing techniques/exercises in order to relevant legislations
  • managing the processes of onboarding as well as induction
  • delivering appraisals, annual salary review/bonus processes
  • managing employee relations, performance management as well as Learning & Development activities
  • ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law


  • relevant experience in building a new SSC structures which works with various business processes as a HR Manager
  • strong HR Management experience from an outsourcing, SSC, consulting company
  • experience in multiple areas of HR, expertise in HR Operational management
  • significant experience recruiting across a variety of levels
  • skilled in providing pragmatic and commercial advice
  • strong understanding of employment law
  • proven influencing and negotiating skills
  • resilient, flexible and adaptable
