For our Client, one of the biggest finance institution, we are looking for best individuals for the position of a:

HR Help Desk Advisor EMEA

Position Responsibilities:

  • responsibility for the end to end operational HR process
  • confirmation of changes via employment contracts and confirmation letters
  • processing of data in the HR systems/databases according to the procedures and the HRPS control framework
  • responsibility for correct processing of data to the outsourced third party supplier
  • receiving and answering questions for line managers and employees
  • acting as contact point for all HR matters requiring specific subject matter knowledge

Wymagania

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience as HR Generalist or HR Operations Associate
  • excellent English and one of the following languages Dutch/German/Spanish/Italian/French (a must)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • knowledge of Customer Record Management (CRM) tools & HR Software systems
  • ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
  • very strong customer focus, problem solving mindset
  • familiarity with polish labor law will be an advantage
