For our Client- international well-known company, we are looking for candidates who would like to take a position of HR Customer Specialist with French.

You will be responsible for:

  • Solving customer issues related to HR processes via phone, email, web chat
  • Providing guidance to Clients on HR system
  • Supporting other team members
  • Taking care of high standards of customer service


  • Excellent written and oral skills of French
  • Very good command of English language
  • Experience in customer care within international environment will be an advantage
  • Positive, enthusiastic and proactive
  • Interpersonal and team building skills
