For one of our Client- the company which is operating in insourcing system we are looking for Specialist for Human Resources Employee Lifecycle Department. Support in German/ French/ Italian/ Dutch/ Spanish/ English.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Taking care of whole end to end documentation during employment (from hire to retire)
  • Administer and monitor the employee life cycle related changes to e.g. transfers, leaves of absence, ending of employments, promotions
  • Maintain the correct data in HR system
  • Provide HR service for employee from dedicated country


  • At least 1 year of working experience in HR area related with Employee Lifecycle in corporate environment
  • Educational background related with Human Recourses will be an asset
  • Very good knowledge of English and German/ French/ Italian/ Dutch/ Spanish
  • Corporate experience in SSC/BPO sector in multinational environment
  • Very good level of MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Ability to work under time pressure in dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
