For our Client international IT company we are looking for:

Helpdesk Consultant


  • Providing daily operational support for our clients’ infrastructure
  • Monitoring network, servers and applications
  • Registering issue in ticketing systems based on alerts on monitoring consoles
  • Dispatching issue to internal and external technical counterparts
  • Resolving standard issue based on work instructions


  • Good German and good English
  • Ability to work well as a team member
  • Methodical and disciplined approach to work
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to deal with multi-task issues
  • Basic administrative knowledge of servers and/or database and/or systems and/or network
  • Experience in similar position is an asset
