<center> We are looking for enthusiastic, open-minded candidate, who would like to develop skills in multinational environment, working in Helpdesk/ IT Support for French or Greman team. </center>

Your responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting, resolving IT problems (connected with LAN, MS Office, Windows)
  • Setting new passwords, managing users profiles
  • Responsible for phone/email contact with end- users
  • The company is providing the on boarding training


  • Advanced level of French or German
  • Communicative English
  • Philology students are welcomed
  • Ability to team work, and supporting your colleagues and sharing your knowledge
  • Analytical and solving problem skills
  • Sense of humour :)
