- Provide technical support for customers,
- Resolve customers' complaints,
- Ensure and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Technical field,
- Excellent German/French skills,
- Good knowledge of English,
- Multi-tasking, experience in repair, maintance of technical/electronic products.

- Ability to travel abroad and participate in international projects
- Trainings, implementations - the ability to improve your technical skills and develop in the structures of an international company
