For our Client in Cracow we are searching for candidate for the position General Ledger Team Manager with Swedish. Our partner is one of the most famous Business Process Outsourcing company in Cracow which is supporting clients mostly from Europe and USA.
- Control for month end and year end activities
- SLA management and customer deliverable mapping
- Managing team and providing coaching and feedback to team members, team leaders.
- Dealing with balances sheet reconciliation, documentation
- Respond for all customer escalations
- Swedish language minimum C1 level
- English language min. B2
- Strong experience in General ledger
- Experience as Team Leader, Manager
- Analytical and logical thinking
- Knowledge about Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
- Decision making ability
- Customer focus orientated
