A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Customer Support Specialist with Czech/Slovak language.

Responsibilities :

  • Providing support for foreign Client in accordance with the standards adopted in the company
  • Diagnosing and resolving Client's issues related to companies product
  • Changing data in internal system
  • Processing of customer’s orders
  • Building long term relationships with Clients
  • Supporting team in daily activities


  • Higher education degree
  • Fluent Czech/ Slovak and good English skills
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and Office and usage of electronic mail systems (Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Communicative attitude (position requires frequent contacts on the phone with Clients)
  • Good adaptability and flexibility skills
  • Ability matching solutions to customer needs
  • Experience in Customer Service will be an asset
