For our Client international company, we are looking for Customer Service Manager with Czech language.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supervision and/or performing Customer Service activities
  • Leading a team of Customer Service specialists including: sales planning, forecast, capacity planning
  • Daily SLA monitoring
  • Cooperation with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Category Management)
  • Handling 3rd level quieres for the Czech and Slovakian market
  • Understanding of business needs and priorities and effective interaction with internal customers
  • Creating reports for the head office
  • Evaluation of customer feedback, follow-up, quality report


  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Manager or Team Leader in Customer Service department
  • Fluent Czech
  • Very good English
  • Experience in team management
  • Very good knowledge of CRM tools
  • Practical knowledge of target-oriented communication
