For our Client, an international company specializing in providing unique IT solutions, an industry leader, we are looking for candidates for a position of:

Language Consultant with both Portuguese and English

My Client is looking for candidates who know foreign languages and want to work with foreign clients. What is more, The Company offers training for people who do not have experience in technical support! The most important is willingness to develop in IT support area.

Place of work: Warsaw.


  • Providing the phone and e-mail support for the foreign languages speaking users;
  • Solving the fundamental problems regarding the company products and solutions;
  • Being responsible for ensuring all calls and emails are logged accurately within the Service Management system;
  • Escalating incidents to the relevant line technical teams;
  • Provisioning the services at the highest level of quality;


  • At least 1 years experience providing 1st line support to corporate customers in a multi-national organization;
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft business applications; Windows OS, Office, Outlook;
  • Very good knowledge of ENGLISH and PORTUGUESE;
  • knowledge of IT issues will be an asset!
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Ability to work with customers and provide quality services;
  • Good manners and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent ability to communicate.


  • Experience in international environment in multilingual team;
