For our Client international technical company to SSC we are looking for:

Customer Service and Support Manager


  • Close cooperation with Team Managers
  • Motivation the team members to increase overall effectiveness,
  • Recruitment and development achievement-oriented people
  • Supporting the various stakeholders in all relevant sales, and services process aspects
  • -Coordination of activities with various stakeholders
  • Devise plans and initiatives, set policies and guide the activities of the team to ensure the achievement of the stakeholder's targets


  • At least 3 years of experience in managing midsize teams and cooperation with Managers.
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in an international environment, ideally in SSC organization,
  • Master degree
  • Leadership skills
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Ability to work under pressure an in a rapidly changing environment
