A Swiss provider of technologically advanced solution for banking and financial services is opening its new Shared Service Centre - in Warsaw.
Newly created structures offer wide range of opportunities for development and work with advanced solutions within financial administration.
We are building the whole team from scratch and we are kindly inviting candidates to take part in the recruitment and together build a new brand on Polish market.

Key duties:

  • vendor management
  • form strong relationship with contact centre
  • overseeing the design and delivery of agreed processes, procedures and campaigns
  • managing budgetary costs
  • checking compliance and regulatory issues
  • managing information around KPIs.


  • fluent English min. C1
  • experience in managing B2C contact centre
  • marketing/product management experience
  • ability to review processes and make recommendations
  • "technical" contact centre knowledge e.g. knowledge management, telephony systems
  • strong relationship and leadership skills
  • experience in budgetary matters
  • commercial focus and excellent vendor management skills
