Our client is a multinational company, providing its support to business clients in many worldwide languages.

Location: Warsaw

Responsibilities

  • People and project consultants management (evaluating performance, coaching, serving as business and team supervisor), process optimisation
  • contact and maintaining relationships with business clients on a international scale
  • Strategy planning, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, operational analysis
  • Working with languages on a daily basis!
  • Strict cooperation with internal and external business entities

Requirements

  • Fluent level of English
  • At least 3-4 years experience in call center and in project management leading
  • Experience in call/contact centers,customer service, consulting, telecom, business process outsourcing
  • Operational knowledge of business processes
  • Polish is not required
  • Ability to work in a multicultural, changing environment
  • Ambition, open-minded attitude
  • Ability to work full-time in a week
