For our Client, international well-established company, due to the extension of its global structures, we are looking for the best candidate for the position of:
ESSC Team Leader Product Costing & Central Finance Processes
The scope of responsibilities includes:
- Taking accountability for a Product Costing & Central Finance Processes, finance functions for small legal entities ( budgeting & forecasting, GL, AP/AR, month end closing and controlling & reporting).
- Project management to set up centralized functions according agreed scope, requirements, timeline and tasks.
- Transferring functions in scope from local companies to ESSC.
- Product costing check and compliance in SAP and TM1 as well for non-SAP, reporting units in SAP.
- Defining standard operating procedures and workflow.
- Setting - up of organization to fulfill tasks and requirements.
- Building up & developing Team, Define Scope, SOP, User Guides, Trainings.
- Executing tasks according SLA’s.
- Being a backup function for AP & AR tasks.
- Supporting ESSC Program development.
- Being a main contact for internal customers regarding the processes mentioned above.
- Master or Bachelor`s degree in Business, Finance and/or controlling.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, Project Management, Process Design & Improvement.
- Approximately 3 years of leadership experience.
- Proven experience within SSC/BPO environment.
- SAP (SAP FI & CO) system knowledge.
- TM1 and Cognos BI (is an advantage).
