For international company operating in Business Services sector and located in Lodz we are looking for Talent Acquisition Manager. This role reports to HR Manager.
- development and implementation of recruitment strategy.
- overseeing recruitment policies and process, development of talent acquisition plans.
- preparing periodical and ad-hoc reports and analysis related to recruitment area.
- manage, develop and motivate Recruitment Team members.
- oversee recruitment budget and optimize costs.
- build and maintain business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- previous experience in similar role gained in international company.
- strong practical knowledge related to processes and challenges related to recruitment area.
- previous experience in people management.
- very good English skills.
- strong interpersonal, managerial and problem-solving skills.
- University degree.
