For our client – international company located in Lodz – we are currently seeking experienced candidates for the position of Purchase Order Management Team Leader.
- manage, develop and motivate a team of Specialists responsible for purchase orders management.
- manage business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- ensure team compliance to internal policies.
- secure a high delivery performance on the team KPI’s.
- previous experience in similar role in internal customer service department in manufacturing company or in purchasing area or similar.
- previous experience in people management is a must.
- very good English skills.
- SAP and Excel skills.
- University degree.
- strong interpersonal, managerial and problem-solving skills.
