For one of our TOP- American Client who is cooperating in new technology sector, we are looking for Customer Care Specialist with fluent English, who will be responsible for support of British market.
- Manage the contact with business partners in UK
- Prepare of documents and administrative tasks
- Take care of the data inserted to the system
- Resolve issues related with cooperation, business requirements, technical needs
- Mainly contact through e-mail (rare phone calls)
- Daily contact in English
RequirementsIf you have positive approach to work and you are open for new challenges, you enjoy working in the multinational team and are interested in new technologies, please send your CV.
- Fluent English
- Customer Service experience will be an asset
- Good level of using MS Office, especially Excel
- Multisport card, private medical care, life insurance
- Training budget
