We are opening recruitment process for the position of AP Manager for our client – international SSC located in the center of Lodz.
This is great opportunity for experienced AP Managers and AP Team Leaders interested in further professional development.
- lead and manage the AP department (Team Leaders and Specialists) .
- development and motivation of the employees.
- manage budgeting and forecasting for AP process.
- secure high delivery performance on the department KPI’s and SLA’s.
- supervision of projects related to transition and continuous improvement of processes.
- strong experience in AP area (min. 5 years) gained in international SSC or BPO company.
- previous experience in people management is a must (min. 3 years).
- very good English skills.
- previous experience in process improvement area.
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
