Job description

For one of our clients we are looking for Translation Project Management Specialist with German language who will be responsible for day-to-day management of translation orders, dealing with clients and interpreters, preparing invoices and managing interpreting process.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination work of translators and interpreters
  • Control of workflow in translation projects
  • Being the point of contact for clients and translators
  • Deliver projects with all requirements and methodology
  • Manage client relationships
  • Representing the organization to the customer
  • Supporting colleagues
  • Complete project related administration
Requirements
  • German language at C1 (fluent level)
  • English language at B2
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Project Management, Translating
  • Ability to manage end to end projects
  • Strong interpersonal and communicative skills, problem solving ability
  • Computer literate
