Job description

For our client, a global leader in entertainment business, we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Trade Marketing Manager

Your responsibilities:

Create and execute complete ‘go to market’ plans per sales channel and per partner for new and existing partner offers with a focus on the full sales cycle,
Design and implement complex training and education programs,
Work with insights to define how we can drive incremental growth,
Ensure we maximize the impact of our marketing campaigns & investments,
Negotiate placements to maximize exposure across sales channels and partner devices,
Secure opportunities to engage, train and incentivize sales teams across sales channels.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail environment, trade marketing or sales channels,
Experience in marketing strategy building and implementation,
Experience in designing complex training and incentive programmes,
Fluency in English,
Understanding of FMCG, e-commerce or Tel&Co industry will be a plus,
People oriented attitude and creativity.
