Job description

For international manufacturing company located in Warsaw we are seeking candidates for the position of Total Rewards Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • development and execution of global total rewards strategies
  • coordinate the annual performance review and merit increase processes
  • support the communication of total rewards programs to employees
  • prepare market analysis
  • controlling expenditures related to benefits package
  • build libraries for STI process
  • LTI administration
  • analysis of salaries (interpretation of results, activities planning, preparing reports and presentations)
  • develop and prepare WIN
  • budget management
  • prepare reports and analysis related to absence, holiday, overtime
  • being SME for Workday system
Requirements
  • previous experience on similar position in the area of C&B or Total Rewards gained in international company
  • very good English (C1)
  • MS Office skills (especially MS Excel – pivot table, formulas)
  • analytical skills
