Job description

For one of our Clients, an international production company, we are looking for a Tender Specialist to join a newly created team based in Warsaw specializing in global tenders.

Your responsibilities will include:

monitoring platforms and agencies announcements for tenders (industrial area)
validating tender requirements, risk management
preparing tender documentation and responses to tender questions for the tender specification
supporting Managers in bid phase with calculations and quotations
providing support to Sales with performance analysis

Requirements

at least 3 years of experience in a similar position (i.e. Tendering Specialist, Calculation Specialist, Public Tender Specialist, Public Procurement Specialist)
very good German or Spanish and English (C1)
familiarity with local/ country-specific regulations concerning tenders
experience with quotations
very good analytical skills and Excel
