For our Client, international company we are looking for candidates, who will join to international team in Wroclaw for Technical Support position with German

Responsibilities:

Ensuring customer’s satisfaction for the service rendered
Providing technical support for users
Troubleshooting all customers issues via phone/ mail/chat
Resolving issues

Requirements

English and German fluent;
Readiness for shift work;
at least 1 year of professional experience on similar position;
Basic technical knowledge and working experience with Microsoft products
Analytical skills;
Problem- solving attitude;
Excellent communication skills;
Can-do attitude;
