Job description

For our client a large forwarding company due to dynamic development we are looking for candidate for Team Leader position in the forwarding department.

Responsibilities

Managing and developing a team of forwarders
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with the carrier
Caring and developing for customer relationships
Determining development directions in the field of forwarding
Participation in creating the company's strategy

Requirements

Experience in team management in the forwarding industry
Very good knowledge of the transport market, including the market of transport companies
High negotiation skills and efficiency in action
Very good command of English
Effective planning skills
Highly developed analytical and interpersonal skills
