Job description

For our client an international company which provide solutions in bio industries we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Leader with German.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of Recruitment and Learning HR specialists through organizing and prioritizing running operations, workload and projects to deliver excellent HR service experience to managers and employees
  • Building and lead a strong collaborative team: coach team members, help with developing each of team member’s personal competencies and professional knowledge
  • Coordinating and support internal projects
  • Managing service delivery in cooperation with HR Business Partners from local units in Germany and Austria, ensuring effective communication, managing escalations and claims and building a strong relationship
  • Ensuring and support continuous improvement and automation of current processes/services
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in team management
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition process
  • Higher education
  • Experience in a corporate environment
  • Fluent English and German
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to take initiative and build effective work relationships
