Along with our client, a multinational company with a manufacturing background, we are looking for a person to join the Danish language engineering team.
As a Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing support and technical assistance for our Danish speaking customers.
Working system: 100% remote all PL, upon completion of training.
Office location: Katowice.
Working hours: 8:00-16:00.
Responsibilities:
- provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging systems in English and Danish,
- responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software,
- reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering,
- provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature,
- smartly selects methods and techniques to obtain solutions.
