Job description

For our Client, an international industrial group, which operates in several countries worldwide, we are looking for experienced Candidate to take the position of Supply Chain Project Manager

Location: Minden, Nevada - USA

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Leading the transition from the current ERP system in an American site into the new platform based on Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Mapping of current and future business processes
  • Implementing best practices
  • Securing needed master data for implementation of Dynamics 365
  • Managing tests of Dynamics 365 within supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution in cooperation with local organisation and IT partner
  • Coordinating trainings for relevant employees
  • Supporting local organisation in connection with go-live and during first months after go-live
  • Securing performance within supply chain after go-live
Requirements
  • Master Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics
  • 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Logistics in international operating company
  • Strong experience with set up and implementation of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX or 365)
  • Willing to relocate to the USA
  • Project management experience and Leadership skills
  • Experience from a multicultural environment. Experience with American culture will be an advantage
  • English – advanced level
  • Strong IT skills (advanced MS Office)
  • Excellent communication skills allow to communicate across all levels in the organization
  • Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently and implement initiatives efficiently
