Job description

For our Client, growing SSC in Poznań, we are looking for candidates for the position of SSC Project Support Specialist

Key responsibilities:

  • leading and providing project management support for a variety of projects which may involve financial administration, compiling and reviewing metrics, the upgrade of software systems, etc
  • developing and managing project time lines
  • working closely with project team/departments to identify and resolve concerns
  • assuming responsibility for timely delivery of project deliverables as scheduled
  • developing and maintaining databases and reports
  • designing presentations in support of department’s needs
  • performing related responsibilities as required
Requirements
  • university degree (preferably Project Management)
  • minimum five years of International working experience in project management
  • experience in finance and knowledge of microfinance
  • fluent in writing and speaking English
  • knowledge of accounting and financial management is a plus
  • excellent communication and report writing skills
  • ability to work independently with minimum supervision
