Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing efficient and effective assistance via phone, email, or chat
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely resolutions or escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams
• Record and track all customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
