Job description

For our client, an international SSC, we are looking for a person as

Service Desk Analyst with French.

Location: Poznań/ hybrid

Main tasks:

  • responding to incoming calls and requests
  • troubleshooting regarding software, hardware and applications
  • entering data and creating documentation
  • seeking optimizations regarding the Service Desk area
Requirements
  • Higher education (bachelor's/master's degree)
  • Very good knowledge of the French language (C1)
  • Good knowledge of English (B2)
  • Basic knowledge of hardware and software issues
  • Ability to cooperate in a team, openness, communication skills, analytical thinking
