Job description

For our Client, new Company on Cracow market, we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Senior Buying Specialist for Global Supply Chain Team.

Responsibilities:

  • process Purchase Requisitions and create Purchase Orders,
  • proactively monitor confirmations of Purchase Orders from the suppliers,
  • proactively manage on time deliveries,
  • resolve issues related to Purchase Orders and Invoices,
  • closely collaborate with internal customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders,
  • support further development by identification and implementation of improvements.
Requirements
  • previous experience in the area of Purchasing,
  • fluent English,
  • knowledge of Procurement/ Supply Chain Management processes and function,
  • excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills,
  • proficient use of SAP and MS Excel,
  • knowledge of Ariba as a plus.
