• In charge of leading, preparing and serving as representative during audits related to HR
• Providing support, advice to other departments on all people management matters, in particular with difficult and conflict cases, as well as employee engagement
• Assisting managers and other employees with the interpretation of personnel policies and procedures, legal contract compliance, discipline, termination problems, identifying legal issues to manager or others as required
• Drafting and revising personnel policies and procedures related to employment
• Panning and organizing programs of employee and labor relations to build a positive work environment
• Ensuring HR system and data base is optimally configured, maintained, and utilized to align with business needs
• Preparing employees contracts and other documents
• In charge of tracking and reporting HR data on that provides high level of insights on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Offering counseling services to employees
• Cooperating with external vendors
