For our Client, new Company on Krakow market which is building a SSC structures we are looking for a candidate to position of Senior Buyer. It is a chance to take part in transition of processes for a new SSC.

Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial sourcing negotiations for issuance of purchase orders and contracts
• Requests for quotations through RFQ/RFP and other methods, analyzing contract proposals, risk assessment, negotiating pricing, delivery, and Terms&Conditions aligned to standards for materials, equipment, components, and services for assigned commodities
• Manage the sourcing process from engagement through to Purchase Order issuance and contract signature
• Drive cost savings and reductions
• Conduct risk analysis of selected suppliers considering material cost trends and capacity constraints
• Facilitate contract change activities (including change requests, amendments, orders, renewals, termination notices)
• Work on improving supplier performance. Negotiating resolution of scope or cost increases, net terms, supplier claims and disputes
• Maintain accurate status, documentation, and data for each allocated contract in the contract management system
• Execute implementation of our supply chain strategies
