Job description

For one of our clients, a prestigious insurance group, we are looking for a candidate who would join their Accounts Payable team in order to help out with a process transition in progress, as an:

AP Accountant with French

Your scope of responsibilities:

accounts payable process standardization
overseeing the transition process from France
contacting French vendors
invoice processing (PO and non-PO)
credit notes
employee expenses
preparing payment proposals
account and transaction reconciliations

Travelling to France is not necessary.

Requirements

You are perfect for this position if:

you have at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in an international environment (e.g. SSC/BPO)
you speak French fluently (C1) and your English is good as well (B2)
your Excel is very good
you are familiar with People Soft
you enjoy process improvement and transitions (if you have ever worked in line with the LEAN methodology, you will be at home here)
