Job description

For our Client Scandinavian company we are looking for Recruitment Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Support the hiring manager and business HR in end-to-end recruitment process as the primary recruiter
Co-operate with stakeholders at all levels of the business including candidates, HR business partners and recruitment agencies
Post jobs in selected recruitment channels and support employer branding activities, schedule interviews and ensure active communication towards candidates all the way to hiring and onboarding of new joiner
Process and maintain data in various systems and tools securing the highest quality
Provide advice to employees and managers related to HR processes in different UPM locations worldwide - Participate in initiatives focused on process improvements within HR Service Center

Requirements

Fluent in English and Polish. Finnish, German or Spanish language skill is considered an advantage
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or equivalent in the relevant field of study
Experience in managing end to end recruitment or other HR process, or interest in developing your recruitment skills
You are committed to deliver high-quality service and stakeholders satisfaction
You are comfortable with MS office programs, MS Excel in particular. Knowledge of HR systems such as SAP or Workday would be considered an asset
