Job description

For our client, a globally operating organization from the multimedia and technology industry, we are looking for experienced candidates for the position:

Product Specialist with German

Your tasks:

  • working with German-speaking clients (German retail market) to support and track product adoption,
  • solving customer issues and suggesting optimalization,
  • implementing campaign solutions, identifying account opportunities, and scaling solutions
Requirements
  • minimum one year of experience in customer service/stakeholder management, sales
  • both English and German are a must on B2 level
  • general knowledge of advertising space,
  • analytical approach
