Job description

For one of our Clients we are looking for:

Payroll Finance Specialist

Key duties will include:

  • Processing payroll requests
  • Supporting managers with issues related to HR processes, policies, and questions
  • Provide HR data quality in system
  • Taking care of high payroll accuracy
  • Managing payroll month-end close process and preparing payroll reports
  • Performing account reconciliations and analyses
  • Support payroll related audits and maintaining procedures
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in processing Poland or other European payrolls
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree
  • Up to date knowledge of statutory legislation (payroll, working time, absence)
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Workday would be advantageous
  • Fluent English
