For our client, one of the most internationally recognized companies operating in the field of IT, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of

Order Management Specialist with German

Location: Poland - Krakow or Lodz

Key responsibilities:

Order Processing – Order Entry, order amendment (SAP)
Order Status queries – via CRM and phone (limited)
Interaction with internal teams through chat or calls through Microsoft Teamsn
Ability to anticipate customer needs and solve problems proactively

Requirements

English on at least B2 level and German on C1 level
Higher education degree, preferably in related area
Experience working in Order Management and/or Customer Service - min 1year
Experience in using CSR tool and SAP (or other ERP)
Good MS Excel
