For our client, one of the most internationally recognized companies operating in the field of IT, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of

  Order Management Officer with French  

Location: Lodz

Key responsibilities:

  • Order Processing – Order Entry, order amendment (SAP)
  • Order Status queries – via CRM and phone (limited)
  • Interaction with internal teams through chat or calls through Microsoft Teams.
  • Use existing knowledge base to provide a customer facing root cause assessment.
  • English on at least B2 level and French on C1 level.
  • Good understanding of Order Management process.
  • Very good understanding of L2S process Agreements, Amendments, Pricing, licensee, pricing sheets, reports etc.
  • Good knowledge on KPI’s and SLA’s.
  • Good MS Excel.
