Job description

For our Client we are looking for Order Management Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

coordinate and follow up in relation to shipments and deliveries
being Responsible for all internal project activities related to logistics coordination and order processing to PSC and external vendors
review and analyse contract requirements and establish internal tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of project requirements
update and maintain project accounting budgets within the ERP system
provide required information to evaluate changes to contractual dates based on contract terms and conditions, revenue recognition requirements, internal resource requirements and customer needs
process invoices and credits related to projects as required and within sales agreement terms and conditions
maintain project files
control account and project details are up to date in CRM system
represent department at project planning meetings and status meetings

Requirements

very good knowledge of English
very good knowledge of Russian would be an asset
strong ability to multi-task and meticulous attention to detail
ability to work both independently and as part of a team
understanding of basic finance and accounting concepts and terminology
excellent presentation skills (ability to communicate effectively to a group)
strong PC/Software skills (i.e., Microsoft, Movex, CAST, CRM system etc)
