Job description

For our client, a world's leading investment bank, we are currently looking for candidates to work in the position of a Team Leader for a Middle Office Team. Candidates are also expected to present expert's knowledge in the given field.

Main duties will include:

  • team management - approx. 8 people
  • providing process oversight and ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations and requirements
  • risk management
  • initiate process improvement actions
  • dealing with escalations and providing resolutions

  • higher education
  • 6+ years of experience in investment banking or asset management
  • people management experience
  • experience in Middle Office
  • fluency in MS Office
  • fluency in BI tools preferred (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Alteryx)
  • excellent communication skills
