Job description

For one of our Clients, we are currently looking for a

Medical Information Executive with Italian

Duties will include:

  • Providing high quality technical and medical information in response to inquiries via phone, email, or mail
  • Researching and preparing responses for health care professionals and members of the public
  • Working with cross functional teams across the region
Requirements
  • Degree in Life Sciences/ Healthcare/Medicine (Pharmacy degree preferred)
  • Fluent English, Italian, and Polish (C1)
  • Experience in customer service
  • At least 1 year of experience in medical information or other relevant field
