Job description

For one of our Clients - an American company operating in the automotive industry based in Krakow, we are looking for an Associate Manager of a development team who will be responsible for:

Managing the development team (.NET)
Distribution of tasks among team members
Verification of the implementation of the team's tasks
Hiring new employees
Periodic employee appraisals
Representing the team in contacts with other departments of the company

Requirements

Fluent knowledge of the English language
Experience in comprehensive team management in the IT area (ideally a programming team)
Technical development experience (.NET / Java)
Ability to allocate tasks and set goals
Promoting good practices in the team
