Dla naszego Klienta, centrum usług wspólnych, którego siedziba mieści się w Poznaniu, w związku z rozwojem organizacji poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko: Logistics and Administration Documentation Specialist with Spanish

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Collection of transport documentation
  • Contact with Carriers, other LSCM teams and Finance teams in order to solve day-to-day process issues
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports on business demand
  • Identification of process improvements areas and simplification of current processes
Requirements
  • Communicative English
  • Fluent Spanish
  • Solid knowledge and practice in Excel
  • Ability to work with the team
  • Open for new challenges
  • Strong Customer focus
  • Strong communication skills
