Job description

For our client, a world's leading investment bank, we are currently looking for candidates to work in the positoin of a Team Leader for a KYC/AML Team. Candidates are also expected to present expert knowledge in both AML and investment funds fields.

Main duties will include:

team management - approx. 10 people
providing process oversight and ensuring compliance with AML regulations and requirements (Europe and the US)
initiating process improvement actions
dealing with escalations and providing resolutions
and more

Requirements

higher education
5+ years of experience in KYC/AML within banking environment
people management experience (at least a year)
experience in client management and service
excellent communication skills
