Currently for our Client business process outsourcing company with headquartered in United States we are looking for a candidate for position of Key Account Manager with German language.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of cooperation with the client
- Development of collaboration with already existing customers (B2B)
- Identifying needs and expectations of clients
- Matching the product to the customer's needs
- Consultancy related to the type and use of the product
- Preparing internal/ external reports
- Very good knowledge of German language
- Good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Office and usage of electronic mail systems
- Ability to work well with Clients to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and develop strong relationships
- Ability to respond to customer needs quickly and thoroughly
- Very good communication skills and superior listening skills
- Ability to conduct trade negotiations
