Job description

For our client, well-established international company who is currently developing the structures in Cracow, we are looking for a candidate to fill the position of Junior Purchasing Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing, creating, and maintaining supplier master data
  • Leading or taking part in improvement or knowledge management initiatives and supporting creation of best-in-class Purchasing practices across functions
  • Being responsible for data analysis and compliance reporting
  • Investigating the causes of errors in order to eliminate them
  • Taking care of the quality of files and informations
  • Controlling supplier on-boarding process
  • Supporting other special procurement activities and analyses as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar field (the best if in procurement, master data or supply chain functions)
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Very good skills of office applications, especially Excel
  • Profound attention to detail and understanding of process compliance
  • A high level of personal responsibility
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience in work with SAP
